Privacy

This page describes the website. The mod's included documentation separately describes its microphone, networking, local saves, and logs.

Feedback and bug reports

We store your report type, title, details, headset and controllers or monitor setup, mod version, solo/online play mode, submission time, review status, any pasted log text, and optional reply email. Reports are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database in the developer's own Cloudflare account. Only the developer can read them through the protected owner console; they are not publicly listed. Your reply email is used for your report and does not subscribe you to a mailing list. No automatic notification or reply email is sent.

Logs can show your IP address and Windows user name. Send them privately, never post them publicly. The form accepts pasted text, not game files or binary crash dumps. Sharing log text is optional.

Download statistics

For successful full-file download requests, we increment a daily counter in our Cloudflare D1 database. We store only the UTC date, release version, file name, and count. This counter stores no IP address, browser details, cookie, or other visitor identifier. Aggregate totals remain for release statistics and are visible only in the protected owner console. Counting begins when the download-counter update is deployed; older downloads cannot be recovered. Repeated requests and unrecognized bots may count, and this does not confirm that a download finished. HEAD requests, resumed or ranged downloads, prefetches, and recognized bots are excluded.

Removal and retention

Reports remain until the developer removes them, you request deletion, or the project ends. For access, correction, or deletion, contact the developer through Ko-fi and include your report reference. Hosting-provider backups may retain older copies temporarily.

Security and hosting

To limit form abuse, we store a salted hash derived from your IP address and the current hour, an attempt count, and an expiry time in Cloudflare D1. Raw visitor IP addresses are not stored by this abuse-limit feature; an IP can still appear in logs you choose to paste. Expired rate-limit records are cleared on later submissions. Hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses, browser details, server logs, and authentication data under its own policies.

The website sets no tracking cookies, uses local fonts, and does not access your microphone or camera. Cloudflare may provide its own traffic or web analytics through the hosting account settings; that processing is governed by Cloudflare's policies. The protected owner console uses a private access key held in page memory; it is cleared when the console is locked or the page reloads.

External links and payments

Reddit, YouTube, Ko-fi, and any clearly labeled sponsor link open services with their own privacy policies. No video embeds, advertising networks, or tracking pixels run here. Ko-fi and its payment processors handle tips and card details; this website does not collect card details or verify payments.
